TSHvc12 Horizontal Vacuum Tube Furnace

The TSHvc12 Horizontal Vacuum Tube Furnace is a high-performance solution for laboratory and industrial applications that require precise temperature control under low or high vacuum conditions. The Low Vacuum model reaches a maximum vacuum of 10⁻³ mbar, while the High Vacuum model, equipped with a turbomolecular pump, achieves 10⁻⁵ mbar or better with a clean, empty work tube. This versatility makes the TSHvc12 ideal for thermal processing, material research, degassing, heat treatment, and atmosphere-sensitive procedures.

Heating Elements

Heating is provided by a high-grade resistance wire element wound directly onto the ceramic work tube, which forms an integral part of the furnace body.
