Thermo Twin

The Thermo Twin and Thermo Four analysers are bench-top, CE-marked instruments designed for precise determination of fat crystallization points and tempering curves. Ideal for food, confectionery, and chocolate laboratories, these analysers provide fast, accurate, and repeatable measurements for Shukoff and tempering applications.

Equipped with an integrated touch screen panel PC, the instruments operate with dedicated Windows® software, allowing real-time monitoring, curve analysis, and automatic calculations of crystallization slope (Q = ΔT/Δt).
