The SRI21D Diurnal Plant Growth Chamber Incubator from SHEL LAB is a precision laboratory growth chamber designed for plant research and experiments that require a day-night cycle simulation. This unit allows researchers to replicate natural diurnal conditions with controlled temperature and light cycles for accurate, reproducible results.
Equipped with dual-program selector dials, the SRI21D manages two independent temperature settings and corresponding ON/OFF light cycles. For example, it can simulate an 8-hour day cycle at 30°C with light followed by a 16-hour night cycle at 18°C without light, creating realistic environmental conditions for plant growth studies.
Forced air circulation ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, while a hermetically sealed compressor maintains stable cooling. The independent over-temperature safety controller and one-amp interior outlet allow safe use of shakers, stirrers, roller bottles, or other laboratory apparatus.
