OilLab 670

The OilLab 670 Cleveland Tester is a CE-marked, automatic instrument designed for the precise determination of flash and fire points in petroleum products, gas oils, fuel oils, lubricants, and waste materials with flash points over 79°C. It supports ASTM D92, DIN 51376, EN 22592, IP 36, and ISO 2592 standards, making it ideal for quality control, R&D, and regulatory compliance laboratories.

Applications
• Determination of flash and fire points in petroleum-based products
• Suitable for fuels, lubricants, gas oils, and industrial waste materials
• Used in refineries, chemical labs, and industrial testing facilities
• Compliant with international flash and fire point standards

Measuring Principles

Cleveland Flash Point Method:
• The sample is heated according to the selected standard method
• When the sample reaches the target temperature, a flame automatically passes over the sample
• Flash point detection is done via an ionization detector
Fire Point Detection:
• The sample continues heating after flash point detection
• Permanent flame detection is performed with a PT100 probe
• An automatic fire extinguisher is activated for safety

Key Features
• Automatic flame exposure device for flash point testing
• Dual detection system: ionization detector for flash point, PT100 probe for fire point
• Two electrical ignitors plus pilot flame
• Temperature range: +79°C to +400°C, resolution 0.06°C, accuracy ±0.1°C
• High repeatability and reproducibility according to standards
