The FroSyn Cooling Station is a fluid-free cooling plate designed for rapid and efficient cooling of vials and round-bottom flasks to temperatures as low as -60°C. Developed in collaboration with Julabo GmbH, FroSyn provides a sustainable alternative to ice and dry-ice baths, offering a safe, simple, and reliable method for low-temperature laboratory applications.
FroSyn is compatible with a wide range of glassware, using standard inserts for 50–500 mL round-bottom flasks or custom reaction vial plates. With optional weights, seals, or inerting domes, the system prevents ice formation on glassware, ensuring consistent performance. Additional custom cooling accessories, including multi-position modules for battery research and development, expand FroSyn’s versatility for diverse laboratory workflows.
