The Digtor 22 C-8 is the largest centrifuge in our oil testing range, capable of processing eight 8” tubes simultaneously, making it the ideal choice for laboratories and testing centers that perform a high volume of petroleum and oil analyses daily. This centrifuge is versatile, practical, and designed for accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with industry standards.

The Digtor 22 C-8 is designed according to ASTM, API, ISO, BS, IP, NF, and DIN standards, including ASTM D 91, D96, D893, D1796, D2273, D2709, D2711, D4007, D5546, API 2542, API 2548, BS 4385, ISO 3734, ISO 9030, IP75, IP359, NF M07-020, and DIN 51793. Compatible with Babcock bottles, it ensures reliable and consistent results for oil, petrol, and biodiesel testing.

Optional Gas Release System (GRS) pre-installation allows safe handling of volatile samples, while upright tube placement ensures sample stability during high-speed centrifugation.

  • Programmable speed: Adjustable in 10 RPM / 10 ×g steps with real-time RCF values based on accessory configuration.

  • Flexible timer: Count-up or countdown from “0” or set RPM/RCF; programmable from 1 sec to 99 hours in 1-sec increments or hold position.

  • PCBS: Progressive Controlled Braking System with up to 175 ramps prevents sample homogenization after separation.

  • ULS: Displays the batch number, causing unbalanced switch-off for safe operation.

  • Start delay: Schedule cycle starts to optimize workflow.

  • Linked programs: Chain up to 8 consecutive programs without user intervention.

  • Memory function: 100 programmable memories with password protection.

  • User alerts: Acoustic and visual notifications indicate operational status.
