The CryoDry CD8 7 Shelf Stack is a genuine CryoDry accessory that increases the shelf capacity of the CD8 Home Freeze Dryer for applications requiring more drying space and smaller product loads.  The fixed seven-shelf configuration provides a practical balance between increased capacity and compact shelf spacing.

Each heated shelf measures 465 × 210 mm, providing a substantial total shelf area for freeze-drying food, ingredients, samples,s and other suitable materials. The 22 mm inter-shelf distance supports effective air circulation and consistent freeze-drying performance across the shelf stack.

The seven-shelf configuration is particularly suited to smaller products where additional shelf levels can increase usable drying capacity within the CD8 chamber.  The CryoDry CD8 supports interchangeable shelf configurations, including 5-, 7-, and 9-shelf options, allowing users to select the configuration best suited to their application.

The 7 Shelf Stack uses 15 mm trays measuring 200 × 450 mm, specifically matched to the seven-shelf configuration.  Trays are supplied separately.
