The FlowSyn Binary Pump Module (BPM) enhances the capabilities of the FlowSyn Continuous Flow Reactor by increasing the number of pumping channels from two to four, making it ideal for multi-component or multi-step reactions involving more than two starting materials.
The BPM integrates seamlessly with any FlowSyn system, but it can also function as a stand-alone reagent and solvent delivery system. Equipped with a built-in mixer, inlet/outlet selector valves, and an integral back pressure regulator, it ensures precise and reliable operation. Three pressure transducers constantly monitor system performance, providing safety and peace of mind during high-pressure experiments.
Controlled via dedicated PC software, the BPM supports peripherals through built-in communication ports, allowing for seamless integration with laboratory workflows. The module operates at pressures of up to 100 bar (1,400 psi) and is compatible with two pump head options: 0.005–10 mL/min (UQ1022) and 0.05–50 mL/min (UQ1023), providing flexibility for various flow chemistry applications.
