Techfors-S – Scalable, Intelligent Bioreactor for Seamless Process Development

The Techfors-S bioreactor is designed to make the first step into bioprocessing effortless — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced process engineer. Built with the same premium components as our bench-scale bioreactors, the Techfors-S combines precision, flexibility, and scalability in one intuitive system. From integrated pumps and gassing lines to a full-featured touchscreen controller and advanced eve® bioprocess software, it offers complete control and automation for biotechnology, fermentation, and cell culture applications.

Engineered for performance, the Techfors-S features a 316L stainless steel double-jacketed vessel with a working volume of 3–30 liters, supporting process reliability and sterility. Its modular design allows custom configuration with various impellers, spargers, and sensor ports to meet diverse application requirements.

Equipped with up to 14 sensor ports (for pH, pO₂, redox, optical density, conductivity, and more), four precision peristaltic pumps (expandable to six), and gravimetric feed control, the Techfors-S ensures optimal process control. Communication via OPC UA or OPC XML-DA enables seamless integration with other bioprocess systems.

With the eve® platform, you can plan, monitor, and analyze your entire bioprocess with precision—bringing scalability, reproducibility, and reliability to every experiment.
