In April, our Johannesburg Workshop Manager, Ruan de Beer, accompanied by Joram Nyandat, our sales representative in Kenya, provided support at a customer laboratory (in Kenya), ensuring the customer’s instruments remained in optimal condition to maintain analytical accuracy and reliability.

During the visit, service work was carried out on the Hitachi X-Supreme8000 Benchtop XRF Analyzer – an advanced system designed to deliver fast, reliable, and repeatable elemental analysis across multiple industries.

The X-Supreme8000 supports applications in petrochemicals, polymers, minerals, cement, paints, mining, and general chemicals, helping laboratories and production facilities maintain precision, quality control, and operational efficiency.
