Ceramic Liners are manufactured from silicon carbide, alumina, and other high-performance ceramic materials to protect furnace heating elements from chemical attack, corrosive fumes, and by-products generated during sample analysis and thermal processing.

These liners help maintain a stable, inert processing environment, reducing the risk of contamination and extending the service life of heating elements and furnace chambers. While ceramic liners significantly improve process cleanliness and protection, they are not completely gas-tight and are best suited for applications requiring controlled, but not fully sealed, atmospheres.
